How is wholesale, retail cost and profit is determined?

The base cost of your garment is determined by your design choices and apparel selection.

We will let you know what that base cost is, then YOU set the selling price!

The difference equals the amount you will raise per item purchased (at a minimum)!  Your supporters can also donate additional $$ without having to purchase an item.

You can always increase or decrease the selling price once your items are set up.  We are easy to work with, the service is FREE, and there is no up front cost or risk.

How many items have to be sold during a fundraiser?

We require 6 minimum pieces of a design sold in order to print.   

*We encourage the store creator to purchase that many items themselves to use for marketing.


How are funds handled?

We prefer to send payment through Paypal.   Payment will be transferred within 5 days of your fundraiser end date for pop-up stores, and on the 15th of the month for permanent stores.


What items can you sell in a fundraising store?

You an sell masks, t-shirts, hoodies, polos, caps, bags, mugs, tumblers, yard signs and more....

We can add up to 12 items Free of charge, after that a small setup fee may be charged.


how long does a fundraising store stay open?

Permanent Fundraiser:  It is recommended that when a store is selling for fundraising (commission) that it have a start and end date.     However, if you would like your fundraising store to be permanent we can certainly accommodate that.    Commission will not be as high since we cannot produce the items in a batch at the end of the store closing.   Commission will be paid on the 15th of each month for the previous months sales as long as the store had $100 in sales.

Pop-Up Fundraiser: Most find it best to keep the store open for two weeks.    However, it is up to you to determine the amount of time.   *Keep in mind that items will not be produced until the store ends so you don't want to keep your patrons waiting for their merchandise too long.   We can place a calendar counter on the store to let people know how many days left to order.

How do customers get their merchandise?

1) Each customer picks up  at showroom individually (free) 

If your patrons are located in or around Knoxville, TN we can have an option for pickup at showroom on your fundraising website at checkout.   

The customer will receive a notice when their order is ready and times when pickup will be available.   

This option is FREE for both the customer and the fundraiser

(9 AM - 6 PM M-F and 10 AM - 2 PM on Saturdays)


2) One person picks up all orders at showroom and distributes (free)

If your patrons are located in or around Knoxville, TN we can have an option for the Fundraising Coordinator to pick up ALL orders and distribute. 

Orders will be individually bagged with a packing slip attached for easy distribution.      

Optional Notice ....The customer will receive a notice when their order is ready and time/place they can pick up from Fundraising Coordinator.   This works well for teams and organization where everyone will all be at the same place at the same time for meeting, work, or game. 

This option is FREE for both the customer and the fundraiser

Fundraising Coordinator can pick up at showroom once orders are complete and bagged from 9 AM - 6 PM M-F and 10 AM - 2 PM on Saturdays


3) One person receives shipment of ALL orders and distributes ($ TBD at store closing)

If you are NOT located in the Knoxville area we can ship ALL orders to the Fundraising Coordinator so they can distribute. 

Orders will be individually bagged with a packing slip attached for easy distribution.    

The shipping cost will be determined at the end of the fundraiser and will depend on the total number of pieces ordered.

This option is FREE for both the customer and the fundraiser


4) Each customer pays and  gets order shipped to them directly 

If you are NOT located in the Knoxville area we can ship ALL orders to each individual and they can pay their own shipping cost as they checkout.  Options for shipping include USPS and UPS.

The customer will receive a notice when their order is shipped along with a tracking number.


5) Each customer gets FREE direct shipping  (+$3/item)

If you are NOT located in the Knoxville area we can ship ALL orders to each individual under our FREE SHIPPING program.

The customer will receive a notice when their order is shipped along with a tracking number.

This option is free to the customer, however, the wholesale cost of each individual product is increased by $3 to cover the shipping cost.
